At Teddy Fresh, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent to your email address along with a return authorization slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the return slip is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once the items pass inspection.
