When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. During high-volume collection launches, please allow up to 7-10 business days for tracking information to be updated.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and sale items may be marked as final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
How should I care for my Teddy Fresh apparel?
To maintain the quality of your garments, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle and hanging to dry. For items with heavy embroidery or custom hardware, hand washing is preferred.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are unable to make changes to items, sizes, or shipping addresses, or cancel orders once they are confirmed.
